Our first step in the sale process is to schedule a one-on-one meeting to set a plan for you, as our client. During the meeting we will discuss time lines, goals and answer any questions you may have. Once that step is completed and you move forward with us, our staging team comes in and begins to organize, stage, and price. Once the home is staged, photos are taken to showcase the items for advertising purposes across multiple platforms and in the newspaper. We want to ensure that your sale gets the attention and traffic that it deserves!
Once the sale is completed, our finishing team will box the remaining items (if you chose), and do a light sweep/vacuum of the home to get it ready for the next stage in your process.
Once the sale is finalized, our accounting department will provide you with a summary report of the sale, a check for the proceeds, and then you are good to go!
